Processing Time:

All orders are carefully handmade/customized. Please allow 5-10 business days for order processing before your order is shipped.

Shipping Methods & Costs:

We offer standard shipping via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Estimated Delivery:

• Standard shipping: 3-7 business days after processing.

• Expedited shipping: 1-3 business days after processing.

  Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Order Tracking:

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

International Shipping:

Currently, SouthernlyMade Co ships within the United States only.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they leave our facility. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly.
